Two Indian nationals injured in the October 10 missile attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh remain in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), according to the latest advisory issued by the Indian Embassy in Riyadh at 3 pm on Wednesday.
One injured Indian has been shifted from ICU to the High Dependency Unit (HDU), four others remain under treatment in normal hospital wards, and one has been discharged.
The embassy advised Indians in Saudi Arabia to follow local authorities' instructions, stay indoors during aerial attacks and avoid circulating videos or news about ongoing events.
Flight operations at Riyadh airport remain suspended, while Dammam, Jeddah and Medina airports are operating with some disruptions. Air India, Air India Express, Akasa Air and IndiGo have suspended Saudi Arabia flights until October 17. Saudia continues operating from Dammam, Jeddah and Medina, while Flynas is operating its Dammam–Lucknow service.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Yousuf Ali, a Hyderabad resident travelling to Medina for Umrah, died on Sunday after being injured in Saturday's airport attack.
